LIMITED WARRANTY ================ L3 Technologies Ltd. warrants the physical media and physical documentation provided by L3 Technologies Ltd. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period not exceeding 30 days from the original purchase date. If L3 Technologies Ltd. receives notification within the warranty period of defects in materials or workmanship, and determines that such notification is correct, L3 Technologies Ltd. will replace the defective media or documentation. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES ==================== The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as (but not limited to) the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities").
